Who is this site for?

Permanent jewelry artists, boutiques, salons and western retailers who want quality chain, handmade connectors and finished pieces at wholesale pricing.

Are the prices wholesale?

Yes. Every price on this site is a wholesale price, well below the retail price of the same items.

Do you charge sales tax?

Not for resellers. If you hold a resale permit and are buying for resale, email a copy of your resale certificate to chapman@chapmanjewelry.com and we will mark your account tax-exempt. Orders placed before we have your certificate on file are taxed at checkout (California orders only); we will refund the tax on your first order once your certificate is received.

How are connector charms sold?

Each connector listing is for one connector unless the option says otherwise. Chain is not included with connectors. Ready-to-sell pieces are in our Finished Bracelets and Anklets collection.

How is chain sold?

Chain is sold by the foot in 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 foot lengths in 925 Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Filled and, on select styles, 14K Rose Gold Filled. Each listing notes the recommended jump ring size. Chain is cut to order and is not returnable.

What is in a starter kit?

Our starter kits bundle up to 12 of our best-selling chain styles with jump rings so you can open with a full menu. Metal-specific kits (sterling only, gold filled only, rose gold only) are available on each kit listing. Kits are final sale.

Where is everything made?

Our connector charms and finished bracelets and anklets are handmade in our Oakhurst, California studio by our family, which has been making jewelry since 1982. We do not manufacture the chain itself; we source quality Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Filled chain and cut and pack it to order in our studio.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. Economy shipping within the United States is free; carrier-calculated USPS and DHL Express rates are shown at checkout for international orders. See our shipping policy.

What is your return policy?

Connector charms and finished bracelets and anklets may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Chain by the foot and chain kits are non-refundable. Full details on our returns and exchanges page.

Can I get custom lengths or sizes?

Finished bracelets and anklets are made to order in the sizes shown on each listing. If you need something different, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
